The Unique Access Code is a web link you receive after placing your order with an email subject line beginning with “Access Code”. This link takes you directly to the page where the event will be presented.
All you have to do is enter your email address and password chosen during your purchase.
Note: After placing your order, you may not receive your email with the unique access code to participate in an event. You can recover your access on the My Account page using the link at the top right of the website.
Access the My Account section Click on the My Tickets icon. Click the “View” button under your event. Click the “View” button a second time and you are now on the event page. Access code – Help
When you participate in a live event, you are invited to log in with your unique link about fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the event.
The event will start automatically without having to click any button.

Your ticket is only linked to your account. It is for this reason that you have a username and password to participate in an event.
Sharing your account is prohibited. Our system is designed to only accept one login at a time per account. If you share your account, only one person can log in at a time.
One (1) ticket = One (1) user
No, our system is designed to only accept one login per user so it is not possible to purchase multiple tickets.
Our website accepts secure payments by credit card only. – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
For security reasons, our website does not store your credit card information. It’s our Stripe.com merchant account that makes transactions safe for everyone.
It is possible in some cases for the live video to cut or skip in its timeline. This phenomenon is usually related to your Internet or wireless connection which is not able to provide the speed.
You can use the gear in the lower left corner of the video and lower the quality to 720p instead of 1080p. If you are on a wireless connection, we suggest using 720p quality at most.
After your order is confirmed, our system will automatically send an email with your unique access code.
If you do not receive it by email, please log into the My Account section using the menu on the right at the top of the website.
